- The WWE was expecting a strong gate for last night's Smackdown tapings in Nashville. However, the pre-sale of tickets were only about 3,300. That is definatly lower than what the WWE had expected, and it is not yet known what the walk-up ticket sales were.
- Budget cuts could be starting sooner than later in the WWE offices. With the Wrestlemania 19 buyrate coming in at around 40% lower than expected by the WWE, it could lead to the WWE cutting corners, laying off some employees or even letting go some of the current WWE talent.

- There is good news on the horizon for the low and mid-card wrestlers who didn't have a spot on the Wrestlemania 19 card. The WWE is going to pay all wrestlers a payout from the event, no matter if they were on the PPV or not. While the payout might not be huge, it still will be better than nothing for a lot of the lower-card superstars who get fewer house show payoffs and low downside guarantees.
