Update on Goldberg to the WWE

• To update the story posted yesterday about Goldberg appearing on the cover of next month's WWE magazine, there is talk going around on if the image of the cover that was seen was doctored in any way. The cover was photographed by a digital camera while the magazine laid on the floor. While there are still no word for the WWE (naturally) to confirm or deny this magazine cover, it is generally believed to be authentic, since it would have taken someone a lot of work to set a hoax like this up.
  
  However, some sources inside the WWE and sources close to Goldberg have claimed that "Da Man" signed with World Wrestling Entertainment about two weeks ago and that they are setting his debut up for either Wrestlemania or on the weeks following that big event. As for what brand Goldberg will appear on, the early word is that he will appear on the Raw brand. This might be done to set up some instant fueds with guys like Triple H & "Stone Cold" Steve Austin. This is in no way confirmed and Goldberg could easily be switched to the Smackdown brand, especially considering that they are short two of their top stars now that Kurt Angle & Edge are out for one year with neck surgery.
