This week's edition of Monday Night RAW did a 3.8 rating, which is down slightly from last week's 3.9 rating.
1st Hour: 3.5 2nd Hour: 4.1

To be honest, this is a good rating for RAW. The season finale of "Joe Millionaire" on FOX had a reported 34.6 million viewers Monday night. The show actually gained 11 million viewers from last week's show!
The Michael Jackson special on NBC was solid in the ratings as well.
