More Jeff Hardy problems, Nathan Jones detained off a flight, and more

Reminder: Bret Hart's interview on "Off the Record" airs in Canada tonight (a report of the show sent to LoP would be very appreciated!).

Reminder: Eric Bischoff will be on Canada's "The Score" this Friday at 10 pm.

Jamie Kellner, the Time Warner head of television networks who was the main man behind the axing of professional wrestling on TNT and TBS, is getting replaced by AOL/Time Warner, citing Kellner's desire to spend more time with his family. Kellner's stripping of a television network for WCW hurt efforts of potential buyers when WCW was up for sale in early 2001. The WWE eventually bought WCW, it's name, licenses, and entire video library for a discount rate of $5 Million.

Amazon.com is currently accepting pre-orders for the Hardy Boyz WWE book that's finally coming out, along with Mick Foley's new book. Both are due to hit shelves in March.

If anyone is wondering, Chris Jericho's album "Happenstance" from his group Fozzy sold 16,740 units, according to Soundscan. This is despite the WWE heavily promoting Jericho's album on several of its shows, including an actual live performance one time.

Nathan Jones missed the Smackdown house show in Winnipeg on Saturday night due to joking about having a bomb in his shoe at the Orlando airport in Florida. This wasn't something one should joke about in an airport when the United States's terror alert has been high lately, and he was detained immediately by officers there.

Jeff Hardy missed the Sunday night houseshow in Huntington, WV due to the weather, and the WWE isn't very happy about this. Most of the WWE crew went to Columbus on Saturday and drove to Huntington on Sunday, despite the terrible weather outside. This fact is especially intriguing considering that Jeff Hardy will take Test's place on the Pay Per View against Chris Jericho. Both Hardy and Test missed shows due to bad weather, although Test's was a televised show.

The trio of Michael Cole, Tazz, and Josh Matthews made guys like Test and Hardy look bad for the dedication they showed in getting to the Smackdown tapings in Indianapolis, IN. The New York airports were shutdown due to the weather, so the 3 drove all the way from the Northeast to Indianapolis in the bad weather. (According to Yahoo! Maps, the drive from New York City to Indianapolis, IN is 705 miles and takes approximately 10 hours and 50 minutes to complete. Given the conditions on the roads, it would take more than 10 hours and 50 minutes to complete the trip!)
