Phil Kloer, an Atlanta Journal-Constitution staff writer, was granted a full day unlimited backstage access to all the script meetings and rehearsals at the Smackdown tapings held in Atlanta two days ago. During his time there, Vince McMahon told him that The Rock and Steve Austin would both be back in 2003.
