Before Raw yesterday, WWE.com listed in their offical preview that Chris Jericho & Christian were supposed to defend their championships against Booker T & Goldust. However, by the time the show aired, the Dudleys were getting the title shot, Goldust was battling Rico, and Booker T was nowhere to be seen.
JR mentioned during the Goldust/Rico match that Booker was sent to the hospital shortly after arriving at the arena due to dehydration. Sources say that this was caused by a bad reaction Booker had after eating Indian food earlier in the day. Booker should be back by next Monday's Raw.
After days of delay, the offical site for the WWE Anthology CD has released the bonus track that buyers of the CD can download using a special code on the back of the CD's booklet. The track is Billy Kidman's new theme song. To check it out, visit http://wweanthology.com/

Hollywood, Calif. Dec. 1 -- IVORY will be part of the Blockbuster Hollywood Spectacular 2002, a parade that begins at 6 p.m. at Hollywood & Highland (and continues east on Hollywood Blvd., south on Vine St. and then west on Sunset Blvd.)
New York City Dec. 2 -- RANDY ORTON will be taking part in the New York Stock Exchange's tree-lighting ceremony. Randy will be a part of the NYSE's closing ceremonies (at 4 p.m.). From 4 to 5 p.m., he'll take part in festivities on Broad Street, leading up to the lighting of the tree at 5 p.m. Once the tree is lit, there will be a performance by Lee Greenwood.
