Last night's Raw did a 3.7 cable rating. Last week's Raw rating was a 3.1. Harwood sent this in I was fliping through the channels last night while a commerical for Raw came on, and on TBN (Trinity Broadcasting Network) "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase and Nikita Koloff were on and they were talking about their religious backgrounds, their lives in and out of the ring, and other wrestling christians ex: Sting, Shawn Michaels. They talked about both of them and Sting touring around the country to youth groups. They showed a clip where they put on a sketch which involved guys wearing shirts that have "sins" , Lust, stealing, and drugs, printed on them. They were all beating Sting down, then Ted called them off and asked Sting if he wanted to live? Sting Started praying and he beat all the "sins". Pretty good piece. November 19, 2002: After a record breaking San Francisco appearance where “Rowdy” Roddy Piper was presented a plaque by Mayor Willie Brown commemorating “Roddy Piper Day” and missed a red-eye to New York City to accommodate all of the fan’s that attended, Roddy finally hit the Big Apple. Roddy made appearances on The Howard Stern Show, Last Call with Carson Daly, and with numerous other National Media but “The Tour the Fans Demanded” has encountered what can only be described as sabotage by unknown sources. In recent days, there have been last second Radio, Television, and Book Signing Appearances that were mysteriously cancelled with no reason cited and no communication with the representatives of the stations or Bookstores. With “Hot Rod” taking a hard stance on the current state of Professional Wrestling and pulling no punches when it comes to his opinions of certain wrestlers and promoters, Roddy Piper has obviously ruffled some feathers and the tour and his fans are now paying the price. Will Roddy Piper back off? Anyone who knows him and has followed his career knows that he loves a good fight. There is a saying he made famous, “Just when you think you have the answers, I change the questions”. That is more than just a saying, it is the way the outspoken Piper has always done business. “Rowdy” Roddy Piper thanks the fans that support him and vows to continue on with his Book Tour and meet his fans for the last time.
