Submitted by Mr. Tito on Thursday, November 14, 2002 at 9:42 AM EST

Last week's Smackdown received its highest viewership of the Fall Season with 6.2 Million viewers. Despite this success, UPN, as a whole, on Thursday night finished 6th in both adults 18-34 and 18-49.

WWE Smackdown was ranked #79 among prime time shows on the networks. It was, again, UPN's top rated show. 126 prime time shows were ranked.

To follow up the WWE Super Tuesday ratings report, the WWE helped UPN to increase viewership by 68% during 9-10 where the show Haunted used to be on Tuesday Nights.

    Smackdown Preview

There will be just 72 hours remaining until Survivor Series when SmackDown! kicks off at 8/7 CT Thursday night on UPN from Columbus, Ohio!

SmackDown! General Manager Stephanie McMahon announced on Super Tuesday that the WWE Tag Team Championship would be on the line in a Triple Threat Match at Survivor Series. The new titleholders, Edge & Rey Mysterio, will be defending against former champions Kurt Angle & Chris Benoit as well as Eddie & Chavo Guerrero.

All six of those Superstars will be in action this week on SmackDown!

Not surprisingly, Chris Benoit and Kurt Angle each blame the other for losing the Tag Team Titles last week. So this week, they'll go one on one!

Plus, Eddie Guerrero battles Rey Mysterio. This is the first time these two scintillating competitors have faced each other in WWE, and no doubt it'll be a memorable encounter.

In addition, Chavo Guerrero will battle Edge.

Plus, Brock Lesnar and the Big Show are both scheduled to be in the building just 72 hours before their WWE Championship Match at Survivor Series. No doubt, they'll both be looking to gain a psychological advantage heading into one of the biggest WWE pay-per-views of the year. And how will Paul Heyman factor into all of this?

Catch all this action and more Thursday night on UPN at 8/7 CT!
