XPW Monday Nightmare Episode #11 from 11/11/02 on WGTW Channel 48 out of Burlington/Philadelphia Report by Phil S. likeitis@hotmail.com
Segment #1- (From XPW Fallout 10/5/02)- XPW King of the Deathmatch Champion "The Human Horror Show" Supreme vs. Altar Boy Luke. Luke's ring intro is pretty funny. As he makes his way to the ring, instead of doing the usual high fiving the fans, he blesses the fans. For those who haven't seen Supreme yet. He looks like a cross between Bam Bam Bigelow and the lead singer of Wolfpac! Supreme attacks Luke as he is praying in the corner. Supreme gives Luke a facebuster out of a body scissors and takes control early on. Supreme backs Luke into a corner and sits him on the top rope and slaps him. They lock up in the center and Luke whips Supreme into the ropes and drops down, but Supreme drops an elbow on his back. Supreme sits Luke on the top again but Luke blocks the slap this time and gets to the apron. He slingshots himself over the top into a huracanrana on Supreme. Supreme gets up and Luke gives him a springboard dropkick, dropkicking Supreme into a bed of light tubes outside the ring. Luke gets a bed of barbed wire and brings it into the ring with the help of the ref (as per the rules, the ref must help with the weapons during deathmatches). Supreme is busted open in the back of his head. Supreme gets back in the ring. Luke gives Supreme a Russian Leg Sweep into the bed of barbed wire but only gets a 1 count. The barbed is stuck in Supreme's head. Luke executes a Halo (springboard moonsault) on Supreme into the bed of barbed wire. The barbed wire gets caught in Supreme's eyebrow piercing. Luke then knocks Supreme face first into the barbed wire again. Luke digs the barbed deeper into Supreme's face and head. Luke goes for a cover and gets a 2 count. Luke goes to the outside and gets a light tube, but Supreme cuts him off and grabs it and then breaks it over Luke's head. Luke is now busted open. Supreme scoops up Luke and gives him an overhead slam into the barbed wire. Luke is stuck in the barbed wire and can't get out. He finally makes it out and Supreme grabs him and press slams him back into the barbed wire again. Supreme tosses Luke over the top near the bed of light tubes. Supreme picks up Luke and slams him into a second bed of light tubes. Luke rolls under the ring. Supreme crawls through the ring and finds Luke and nails him with a rubber chicken he got from the crowd. Supreme then gets a record album from the crowd and hits Luke over the head with it. Supreme points to the stage and starts dragging Altar Boy Luke toward to stage. They go backstage and start climbing to the top of the stage. Supreme tells the fans to move the tables down below together. The fans (including Jersey All Pro's Ray the booker) oblige. But "The Hardcore Homo" Angel attacks Supreme with a light tube. Luke and Angel then double team him with light tubes and then toss him off the stage through the tables. Luke and Angel hug. Angel goes to kiss Luke but Luke pushes him away. Angel goes down the stage and beats on Supreme. Luke paces above while Angel pours tacks on the table and puts Supreme on it, and then pours more thumbacks on Supreme. Altar Boy Luke then hits a 450 splash from the stage onto Supreme and the thumbtacks and through the tables (and a Shawn Cassidy album). The referee counts 3, and Altar Boy Luke is the new XPW King of the Deathmatch Champion!!!! Altar Boy Luke runs to the ring and grabs the belt and celebrates in the ring. Kris Kloss said it didn't take an act of God for him to win the title, but he was definitely touched by an Angel!
Segment #2- Kris Kloss mentions that Altar Boy Luke and Angel's history didn't start at Fallout, but it started when the met at the 3rd Annual King of the Deathmatch. A video package is then shown on the Altar Boy Luke, Supreme, and Angel history, building toward their 11/16 three way match.
Segment #3- Kris Kloss talks about how Kaos has been unbeatable since winning the XPW TV Title in August of 2001, until Danny Doring beat him at XPW Fallout. A video then follows featuring Kaos's title reign and events leading to his match with Danny Doring on 11/16.
Segment #4- Kris Kloss then narrates a video showing the history of the Shane Douglas/Chris Candido feud to build for their 11/16 title rematch.
Segment #5- Shane Douglas does a promo in a pitch black room. He says this is how Chris and Tammy have lived their lives, in total darkness, fighting demons. He then turns on the light. He says that Chris says he never lost the belt, but yet he (Shane) pinned him at Fallout. Shane says he is running the company now and this will be the last shot Chris ever gets at the title! Shane says that after November 16th, when Chris loses the match, his world will go back (as he turns off the light) to darkness. Yet another great Shane Douglas promo. The guy is just amazing on the mic. I would put him in the top 5 EVER easily, and personally, I'd make him top 2 or 3.
Segment #6- I Summon Thee! I Summon Thee! I Summon Thee! ..... the mysterious "Doomhammer" promo plays again. It sounds like Danny Doring's ECW music is now being used during this promo. Probably has nothing to do with Doring though. Who knows!
Segment #7- A video documenting The Sandman's career in XPW is then shown.
