XPW Monday Nightmare Results 10-28-02

XPW Monday Nightmare Episode #9 from 10/28/02 on WGTW Channel 48 out of
Burlington/Philadelphia ....

Sorry for the one day delay in the report. Had to go to the Eagles game to
see them take care of the Giants ..... AGAIN!!! SHOCKEY SUCKS!! SHOCKEY
SUCKS!! SHOCKEY SUCKS!!! ..... then again, did you expect anything less
from a NY team, they all suck and choke in the big games .... on to the
report .....

Segment #1- (From Fallout 10/5/02)- Chris Chetti vs. Chris Hamrick. Chetti
and Hamrick are slow to lock up. Hamrick starts pumping up the crowd and
they finally lock up. A few counters and reversals to start until Chetti
gets control with an arm drag and begins to work on the left arm of Hamrick.
Hamrick gets out of the arm bar by springboarding himself off the ropes
and reversing it into an armdrag. Both men are now to their feet and set to
start all over again. Hamrick whips Chetti into the ropes and goes for a
Tennessee Clothesline but Chetti moves sending Hamrick through the ropes
feet first. Chetti goes to the top and does a corkscrew plancha to Hamrick
on the concrete. Chetti throws Hamrick into the guardrail. Chetti goes to
throw Hamrick into the ring apron but Hamrick jumps up on the ring and does
a springboard moonsault on to Chetti on the outside. Hamrick drapes Chetti
over the top rope and hits a springboard leg drop from the top for a 2
count. Chetti dodges a clothesline and hits a spinning heal kick followed
by a drop kick on Hamrick which leads to a 2 count. Chetti delivers a big
back body drop on Chetti and keeps the pressure up, pulling him up and
whipping him into the ropes. Hamrick grabs Chetti and gives him a knee to
the shoulder sending Chetti to the mat. Chetti blocks another clothesline
and whips Hamrick into the corner, but Hamrick reverses it and throws Chetti
into the corner and follows him in with a big boot. Chetti then climbs
through the ropes and to the apron where Hamrick hits him with a big boot
again sending him to the concrete. Chetti crawls back into the ring where
Hamrick is waiting. Hamrick blocks one belly to back suplex but Chetti goes
for another and this time executes it for a 2 count. Chetti goes for the
Death Valley Driver but Hamrick reverses it into the Dixie Driver. Hamrick
then hits a leg drop from the top but Chetti kicks out at two shocking
Hamrick. Chetti makes it to his feet and kicks Hamrick in the head and goes
to the top. Hamrick kicks his feet out crotching him. Hamrick climbs the
ropes and goes for a huracanrana but Chetti blocks it and hits a Death
Valley Driver from the top for the 3 count and the victory!!!

Segment #2- Altar Boy Luke does a promo with his Deathmatch Title. Luke
runs down Supreme and Angel. He says "Angel, you want to kiss me? Don't
you know homosexuality is a sin!" .... Luke says that on November 16th,
there will be one ring with himself, Supreme, and Angel!

Segment #3- (From Fallout 10/5/02)- XPW Heavyweight Champion Shane Douglas
(with Lizzy Borden) vs. Chris Candido (with Tammy Sytch). This is the match
where Douglas was set to face a mysterious man from his past. Douglas and
Borden come to the ring first. "Cut the f'ing music!!!!! Seems to me
things are becoming contagious around here! When a franchise steps into
Philadelphia, all those wanna be wrestling companies tremble in their empty
buildings cuz you fans know who the real f'ing franchise of this sport is!
Now I've sat around at home and collected enough big paychecks! I can sit
on my ass the rest of my f'ing life and be plenty happy. But when i got a
phone call from this beautiful lady (Lizzy), I said 'hey, what the f! Let's
kick some ass! Let's take XPW to the same place we took that other company
and let's set the wrestling world on it's f'ing ****!' Ya see it goes like
this. It seems like it's becoming a ritual for me! Vince McMahon f'd up
our sport! And Shane Douglas has to start a company to come back here and
remind every one of you son of a bi%ches what wrestling is all about and
keep this f'ing sport going in this country! Now I did it once, and I guess
I will do it again with a company named XPW!! Because you people can watch
that shi% on Monday and Thursday nights, and walk away with that empty
feeling, or you can turn on XPW and go to your friends 'god damn, that's the
reason I like this great f'ing sport'! Now I ain't one to suck up to you
fans. To be quite honest, it makes me sick to have to come to Philadelphia
that I got to come to Philadelphia to do what I did before! But the fact
remains that there is only one man that can save this sport! There's only
one man that built ECW, and you are looking at him! There is only one man
who took wrestling to the extreme, and you are f'ing looking at him!
There's only one man who took that other company to pay per view and you are
looking at him. There is one man who built this building on his shoulders,
and Lizzy, these f'ing a$$holes are looking at him!! There's one man that
was the glue in the Triple Threat, and you are looking at him. There is one
man that is molding XPW in his image. You are f'ing looking at him! THE
FRANCHISE SHANE DOUGLAS!! The best this sport ......" (Back In Black starts
playing and Shane stops talking) ...... Candido and Sytch come through the
curtain! Once in the ring Candido grabs the mic ..... "Shane ... For the
last 3 weeks you been hearing about somebody from your past coming to see
ya! And I'm here Shane Douglas to talk to you, but first I gotta talk to
these people out here. Hold on. You people in this building heard the same
bunch of crap from me before! It's no secret that we had our problems!
It's no secret that we had a lot of demons we had to deal with. And each
and every day I promise you we are fighting those demons every day. I can't
say that we've one, but Shane Douglas, I can say that at the end of each and
every night we can still look at each other, kiss each other goodnight, and
know that we fought them together, and we love each other just as much as we
did the day before! So that is what brings me to you Shane Douglas. We got
these tatoos at Hardcore Heaven in '97! We promised each other that through
everything we'd be friends. And I know we've been hired, we've been fired,
we've walked out on every company in this world, because that's what we have
together, we're both a little f'd up! But there was one time ... one time
.... when we were having a little trouble and you decided to stay in WCW and
take that big paycheck instead of helping out your friend like you promised
you would do. That's fine ... go ahead and make your living. So I came
here today and it's the first time I got to see you face to face since that
day. I knew I would come here and to get and punch you right in that big
hairy head of yours. But Tammy said no ... that would only hurt him for 3
minutes. I said I know ... I'll take his wallet. But Tammy said no ...
he'll go out and shoot on someone else and get some more damn money! So I
decided Shane, the only way to hurt you ... how can i hurt you .... A
veteran of 12 years .... you my friend ... 20 years in this business. The
only thing that never changed you are still a f'ing mark!!! I want to hurt
you right here ... 16 pounds of gold! I had to stand next to you promo
after promo after promo and hear about '16 pounds of gold!'. I kept an eye
on your belt. That belt was one time mine and I never lost so I am here
today to take that 16 pounds of gold from around your waist!". Shane goes
to hit Candido with the belt but Candido ducks and starts chopping Shane!
Candido DDTs Shane and gets a 2 count. Candido whips Shane into the corner
and back body drops him out of it before clotheslining him over the top
rope. Candido goes out with him and slams his head into the mat 5 times.
Candido climbs back in and goes to the top rope where he hits a high cross
body on Shane on the outside. Candido takes the ring bell and hits Shane
with it. Candido tosses a table into the ring as Shane crawls back in.
Candido kicks him back out and whips him into the guardrail. Candido tosses
Shane back into the ring and begins slapping him. Candido slams Shane's
head on the table in the ring and sets him on it as he climbs to the top
rope. Shane gets off the table and throws Candido over the table. Shane
then takes down the table and anchors it in the corner. Shane then blows
his nose on Tammy as Candido gets to his feet. They exchange punches.
Shane goes to throw Candido into the table but Candido blocks it and goes
for a suplex which is reversed by Shane and then again by Candido. Candido
takes down the table from the corner and sets it back up in the ring.
Candido slams Shane's head on it again and sets him on it again. Candido
goes back to the top and goes for a leg drop but Shane moves and gets a 2
count. They go to the outside where they exchange punches. Shane takes
Candido and rams him groin first into the ring post and then gives him a
reverse atomic drop. Douglas then crotches Candido on the guardrail.
Candido takes a beer can and slams it into's Shane's face. Candido then
punches away on Shane's head until Shane is able to toss him back in the
ring. Candido kicks Shane in the groin and gives him a reverse atomic drop.
Shane ducks a clothesline and hits a belly to belly suplex. Tammy Sytch
jumps on Shane's back but Shane throws her off as Lizzy runs in. Tammy
grabs Lizzy and they begin to roll around. Tammy chokes Lizzy until Shane
pulls her off. Tammy slaps Shane and curses him out until he gives her a
belly to belly suplex. Candido clotheslines Shane and whips him into the
corner. He puts Shane on the top rope and climbs up to the top. Candido
gives Shane a superplex from the top but does not go for a pin. He goes
back to the top and hits a flying headbutt. Candido covers Shane and gets a
2 count before Lizzy puts Shane's foot on the rope. Candido confronts Lizzy
while she tosses a chair in. Shane nails Candido with the chair while John
Finnegan was distracted. Shane then goes for the Pittsburgh Plunge and hits
it for a 2 count. Shane pulls Candido up and goes for another Pittsburgh
Plunge and this time hits it on a chair for a 3 count and the victory!



NOTES:

XPW returns to Viking Hall on Saturday night, November 16, 2002 with Exit
Sandman! XPW King of the Deathmatch Altar Boy Luke vs. The Hardcore Homo
Angel vs. Supreme and much more!!
