WWE Smackdown did a 4.4 overnight rating with a six share which is a bit lower than what the show has been doing. The final number should be released later on today so check back for that.
It looks like there is a face turn in the future for "The Next Big Thing" Brock Lesnar. Last night on Smackdown was the first small signs of it, with the mutal respect segment with Taker, his quick acceptence of the Big Show's challenge despite Heyman not wanting to grant Show a title shot. There are still a few people backstage that feel Lesnar isn't quite ready to make the transition yet from a heel to a face but apparently Vince McMahon thinks it's time so who's going to argue with the boss.
For the WWE fans in the Orlando, FL area, Smackdown will be airing tomorrow (Saturday, 10/26) at 8 p.m. since it was preempted last night due to basketball.
