• WWE To Undertake Eight International Tours in 2003
  STAMFORD, Conn., October 17, 2002 – World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. today announced its international live event tour schedule for 2003. The eight tours will cover five continents and include visits to countries such as Australia, Brazil, Chile, England, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Scotland, Singapore, South Africa and Thailand.

• In what is the most disgusting story of the day, Darcy Lee Olson was arrested for biting the head off a live rabbit. Both he and his roomate are facing two felony counts of animal abuse to which they both pled not guilty.
  
  Olson, who worked and wrestled for Portland Organic Wrestling, was originally going to bite the head off a mouse and toss it to the crowd which in itself is disgusting enough. The promoters rejected the idea with good reason yet Olson then decided to take the rabbit that was orginally purchased to be fed to his pet snake and bite the head off of it while he took pictures. The developing company turned Olson in when he went the film in to be developed. Olson was planning on tossing the pictures out to the crowd. Portland Organic Wrestling have stated that they are no longer associated with Olson.
  
  If convicted and it's hard to see how he wouldn't be, Olson and his roommate face up to 5 years in prison and $100,000 dollar fine as well as being banned from every owning a pet for 15 years. Personally, I wouldn't let a live animal near this guy ever again.
