AJ Styles was a guest on Talk SPORT radio Saturday night in the UK phoning live from America. The main points coming from the interview were ...
- He will be attending be attending FWA British Uprising on Sunday 13th October along with Jerry Lynn and Balls Mahoney at the biggest British show of the year. (Which I’ll be attending)
- Styles said he developed his own style, mixing high flying with hard kicks wrestling for four years, wrestling a lot of different wrestlers and styles.
- AJ said that he'll always gives 110% in his matches, said people got hurt when wrestlers slowed down their style. Styles then put over the NWA-TNA for taking him on but hoped for a non-pay-per-view TV deal for them in the future.
- He went on to confirm that the WWE’s Ohio Valley Wrestling development deal was not enough money for a married man to live on with the move from Atlanta, but hadn’t burnt any bridges by turning it down.
- He mentioned being teased about Crash Holly taking his move and calling it the ‘Crash Landing’ in WWE. Styles took it as compliment that his moves were being used by other wrestlers. He got the idea of the Styles Clash from watching two neighbors children play on a trampoline.
