    WWE changing some match styles

WWE are having the bottom half of house show cards feature very minimal punching and kicking. The reason behind this is because it is believed that too many of the lower matches are using punch and kicks and therefore taking the heat away from the top half of the card as that is a well known part of WWE's main event style.

Another reason is that it is believed many lower card wrestlers need the opportunity to improve there actual wrestling moves and hold techniques and by not allowing punch and kicks those wrestlers will be forced to improve. This is a similar idea that is used in many Japanese promotions.
