-A very solid week of Ohio Valley Wrestling Television. With the renovations
made, the arena holds about 100 less people, but all but about 20 seats were
full tonight for some good OVW action. The majority of the crowd was the
crowd that was turned away at the door on the debut show.

    -Seven vs. Mark Jindrak
    DARK MATCH

-A decent opening dark match for the TV crew to do all of the sound checks
and camera checks needed to start the show. The two opened off with a big
tieup going into the corner and Jindrak took the upperhand with a big
clothesline to follow. The two continued as Jindrak pulled off a nice leap
frog over Seven, followed by a big dropkick sending the big man down to the
canvas. Seven although then regained the upperhand with a drop toe hold
sending Jindrak into the ropes and maintained the bulk of the offense from
here on out. Seven then went for the power bomb on Jindrak but Mark
countered into a big back body drop and followed with a pinfall and the win.

    -Winner via pinfall Mark Jindrak

-Jim Cornette apoligized for the inconvieniences that went on over the past
few weeks and all of the building code problems as well. He then informed
the crowd that we were in the safest building in America and that even
"Osama Bin Laden couldn't kick our ass in this building". The crowd then
sang "Happy Birthday" to Jim Cornette just before he set up the opening
    segment for TV.

    -Charlie Haas vs. Lance Cade

-Cade opened off on the offense immediately with some vicious hits into the
corner, but Haas followed with a very nice reverse insegurie. Haas continued
his attack delivering a big monkey flip out of the corner to the 'Cowboy'.
Cade although eventually countered the whip into the corner and followed
with a big side slam sending Haas down hard to the mat, although Haas came
back as well with a nice russian leg sweep. Eventually, Jerome Croney of
Bolin Services came down to the ring and pulled Referee Donna Derring out to
the ringside area. Unfortunately for Croney, Derring body slammed him down
to the hard arena floor and recieved a very loud ovation for doing so. As
Donna made her way back into the ring Charlie Haas was just rolling Lance
Cade up and gained the three count and the win.

    -Winner via pinfall Charlie Haas

-Johnny Spade w/ Jackie Gayda vs. Johnny Jeter
    DARK MATCH

-Spade opened off aggressively on Jeter with a big knee to the gut, but
Jeter countered early with a nice head scissors followed by a big monkey
flip out of the corner. Jeter continued his offense with a back body drop as
well as a big back breaker. As it looked like Jeter had it all in the bag,
Spade pulled a very vicious rake to the eyes, and regained the offensive
upperhand. Spade got some chops in, but Jeter wasn't effected too much as he
made it to the top rope for his huge spinning flip off which got a great
reaction from the Arena crowd. The two continued the fight trading chops
back and forth, until Spade took down Jeter and went for a high risk
manuever of his own. Spade on the other hand prooved why these moves are
called high risk and missed his 'Spadeton Bomb'. The match eventually came
to an end after Jeter busted open the nose of Spade with a big spinkick and
Jackie Gayda mistakenly tripped Spade instead of Jeter allowing Jeter to get
    the pinfall and the win.

    -Winner via pinfall Johnny Jeter

-There was a short break as Jim Cornette announced that they were having
minor technical problems. Apparently a big of Duct Tape on the brand new
cameras did the trick. Gotta love modern technology.

-Jim Cornette was then joined in the ring with Kenny "the King" Bolin,
Jerome Croney as well as Sean O'Haire. Cornette then brought out John
"Prototype" Cena, to a very nice babyface ovation. Cena made claims of how
it was now 1 vs. 3 and claimed that out of the three he only saw one man. He
referred to Croney as the "poster child for masturbation" and Kenny Bolin as
a mix between "Rosanne Barr, King Kong Bundy, and Don Delouise", very funny
stuff. He claimed that he was a fool for riding on the coat tails of Bolin
Services and lost $5,000 out of the deal as well as the OVW Heavyweight
Title. Cena then went on to say that he wanted a match against Kenny Bolin
and wanted it to be a 'Loser Leaves OVW' Match with Jerome Croney barred
from ringside and Sean O'Haire as the referee. Cornette gladly sanctioned
the match which happened right after the commercial break.

-John "Prototype" Cena vs. Kenny "the King" Bolin
    LOSER LEAVES OVW

-Bolin opened off by trying to bribe Sean O'Haire, but O'Haire took the
money and told Bolin to continue, funny stuff. Prototype stalked Bolin all
around the ring, with the crowd erupting in a "Kick his Ass", the crowd
really does hate Bolin. Bolin tried to shake the hand of Cena but Prototype
went right into the attack sending Bolin down to the mat. Jerome Croney
tried to make the save on his 'leader' but it wasn't long before O'Haire was
holding him out of the ring. With O'Haire distracted Bolin was able to grab
a bag of powder out of his pockets and got it ready to launch it into the
eyes of Cena, which he did successfully. He then pulled out a pair of brass
knuckles and just before hitting Cena with them, O'haire stopped him and
took the knuckles off of Bolin's hand. He then quickly put them on his own
hand and layed Cena out hard, knocking him out cold in the center of the
ring. Bolin then layed on top of Cena and O'haire counted the very quick
three count awarding Bolin the victory and forcing John Cena to leave OVW
for good. The crowd erupted in a "You Suck" chant as Cornette ran whining to
the KY Athletic Commission representatives who sat near by. Eventually
Cornette got back on the mic and said that because of O'haire's actions that
he would be suspended as of today.

-Jim Cornette was joined in the ring after the break by the Revolution, now
consisting of Doug Basham, Damaja, Victoria, Johnny Spade and Jackie Gayda.
Cornette opened by asking Jackie about her being Victoria's assistant, but
Victoria snagged the mic and ran her mouth for a bit. Damaja then got on the
mic and was upset about how everyone but himself had a title in OVW, as in a
name. Damaja then went on to say that he wanted to be the Co-Leader of the
Revolution as he and Doug were Tag Champions and he needed him to keep the
titles. Basham accepted Damaja's proposition and then went on to tell Damaja
that he better represent the Revolution well in his match next with Nova,
which is a non-title match. During the break the crowd chanted "HLA" towards
    Jackie and Victoria.

    -Damaja w/ Victoria vs. Nova
    NON-TITLE MATCH

-An overall very good and technical match as Nova opened with a drop toe
hold to the corner, sending Damaja down hard. Damaja then went for a type of
a pinfall manuever, but Nova managed to counter that into a headscissors
take down, very entertaining. Nova then applied a strong wrist lock on
Damaja, that was countered into a wrist lock applied by Damaja. The two
continued the back and forth assault until Damaja went to the outside of the
ring, to take a breather of sorts. Nova then went flying over the top rope,
but came crashing down onto Victoria who was standing next to Damaja on the
outside. Jackie and Johnny Spade help her to the back as the cameras then go
to a commercial break. Throughout the break Damaja mainly worked on the arm
of Nova, slowing things down a bit. Damaja went for the Brain Damaj and Nova
was able to reverse it to a very nice sunset flip. Eventually, Victoria made
her way back to the ring and distracted the referee as Jackie grabbed Nova
distracting him. Nova then turned around and fell victim of the Brain Damaj,
    as Damaja gained the victory.

    -Winner via pinfall Damaja

-During the break Jim Cornette announced to the TV audience that Arn
Anderson would be in the house next week.

    -Travis Bain vs. Mark Magnus
    DARK MATCH

-Bain opened off by pushing Magnus down to the mat with his next move being
a big spinebuster to Magnus. This was actually the best match I have seen
Magnus in, although could have been much better against another opponent.
Bain then delivered a Gorrilla Press Slam into a Samoan drop, a very
devestating looking move to say the very least. As a small "Go Mark Go"
chant began, Magnus managed to pull off a nice inverted bulldog, sending
Bain down hard. Although this did not effect the big man too much as Bain
followed with another big Spinebuster to gain the pinfall and the win.

    -Winner via pinfall Travis Bain

-Rob Conway & Nick Dinsmore vs. Shelton Benjamin & Redd Dogg
OVW SOUTHERN TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH
    TV MAIN EVENT

-The match started with Redd Dogg and Nick Dinsmore in the ring to the sound
of a "Go Nick Go" chant. Apparently Redd Dogg must have apologized for his
actions on September the 4th, but no explanation was given to the fans in
attendance. Redd Dogg although cowared away when he was supposed to square
off against Dinsmore and tagged in Benjamin. The two did some basic chain
wrestling and Benjamin did his 'no help' jump to the top rope springboard
backflip, off of the very loose OVW top rope, very impressive. Conway was
eventually tagged in after Dinsmore regained the control, and continued to
work on the arm of Shelton with a big armdrag. Eventually the two tagged
their partners in, but Redd Dogg immediately ran off when Dinsmore was
tagged in and made Shelton get back into the ring. Dinsmore managed to
maintain the offense on Shelton, and Conway was tagged in who pulled off a
nice inverted atomic drop. The two continued the assault as Shelton fell
victim to a drop toe hold by Dinsmore which was immediately followed by an
elbow to the back of the head by Conway. The referee was eventually bumped
down as Dinsmore and Shelton ran into him, and Redd Dogg went after Conway
on the outside of the ring. Dogg apparently took out Conway and then threw a
chair into the ring for Shelton to used on the downed Dinsmore. Shelton
refused and instead delivered a crescent kick to Dinsmore and went for the
pin. As the ref rolled into the ring to make the three count he noticed the
chair laying in the ring and disqualified the team of Shelton and Redd Dogg.
After the match Redd Dogg got mad at Shelton and showed him how he was
supposed to use the chair. Unfortunately for Shelton, he took the
demonstration a bit too far and layed him out hard with the chair, recieving
a very unhappy response by the Davis Arena crowd. Redd Dogg then went on to
lay out the referee and held both of the tag belts above his head, until
Dinsmore and Conway eventually came back to the ring for the save,
concluding another great night of Ohio Valley Wrestling.

-Winners via DQ Nick Dinsmore & Rob Conway
