Wrestlers unhappy with Triple H, Ross to SD? Hogan update

  • Triple H is continuing using backstage politics in his favor at recent WWE shows. Despite Triple H working with an upcoming talent like Rob Van Dam, the feeling is that Triple H appealing to the crowd and doing excessively long promos is taking a lot of RVD's babyface heat from him. The wrestlers feel that, unless Triple H jobs cleanly to RVD at Sunday's Unforgiven, it will just be another example of Triple H elevating himself even more at the expense of someone else. The fact that Triple H is still in a relationship with Stephanie McMahon is making everyone feel that Triple H constantly being put over is no coincidence. In fact, most wrestlers would rather be working on Smackdown rather than Raw to get away from Triple H's politics.

  • It is being said that Jim Ross may want to jump to Smackdown and leave Raw. The feeling is that should Ross want to make the jump, he wants to do so because Smackdown is the hot show right now both in ratings and show quality.

  • The tentative plan for Hulk Hogan's WWE return is for the return to take place sometime this year. Hogan was last seen on WWE television being laid out by Brock Lesnar so WWE already has a ready made feud for Hogan when he returns. Hogan originally left WWE due to a fallout with Vince McMahon over payment for the Australian Smackdown show which Hogan was pulled out due to several reasons given by WWE, one being Hogan having a sore back. The situation got worse when WWE public relations people portrayed Hogan as an old man at media events in Australia.
