  • There is said to be a deal done regarding new funding for the NWA-TNA promotion. While there was no formal annoucement of it last night, it's being said that it's either complete or close to it.

  • Another regular of the Howard Stern show is making an appearance in wrestling as Crazy Cabbie will be appearing at the 9/26 MLW show at the Manhattan Center. The card will be fully packed as Steve Corino goes up against Vampiro, Chris Candido takes on C.W. Anderson, Dick Togo & Ikuto Hidaka square off against the high flying team of Christopher Daniels & Low Ki and much more. Others such as Sabu, Jerry Lynn, and La Parka will also be on the card.

  • Fans of OVW will be happy to know that they will resume TV tapings this coming Wednesday. The arena that OVW was using was shut down due to building code violations and the TV tapings were suspended but as it stands now, all the violations have been work out.

  • In Sayreville, NJ at the High School, there will be a National Wrestling Superstars show held on September 28th. The show will be headlined by former ECW superstar Simon Diamond taking on former WCW and current NWA-TNA superstar The Disco Inferno. Also The Patriot (Tom Brandi), April Hunter, and more will be on the show.
