XPW Monday Nightmare Episode #3 from 9/16/02 on WGTW Channel 48 out of
    Burlington/Philadelphia

Segment #1- The show opens with Shane Douglas and Lizzy Borden in a
cemetary. Shane said they are at the site of what is left of what once was
the legendary career of Terry Funk! Shane asks him if he made ECW with his
broken body, or did he, with his chiselled body, and took it to new heights
only to see it fall into bankruptcy once he left. Shane said he will make
XPW into it's likeness. He said he took a nothing company (ECW) to
greatness, and now he will take a something company (XPW) to the same
levels. He said he would have taken WCW there had they not decided to go
with "Larry Pfoehl (spelling??) ... Lex Luger ... or Dick Flair .... or
Terrence Funk". Shane said on August 31st, Terry did something he has never
done before, he bowed before the Franchise and gave up! He said that to
save face, Funk walked into the dressing room and slapped Shane, not once,
not twice, but he went for a third time until Shane said he would knock his
a$$ out. Shane said that while 25 men held him back he called Terry every
name in the book and Terry had to sit there and take it because he couldn't
do a thing about it. Shane said that in death, he will give Terry something
he could never take from him while he was alive, 16 pounds of gold. Shane
puts the XPW title on a grave and walks away with Lizzy saying he has a huge
company to run. Lizzy calls Terry Funk an "old stupid piece of (bleep)"
spits on the grave and walks away with Shane.

Kris Kloss opens the show and promos XPW Fallout and tells everyone what
will be on this week's show.

Segment #2- Shane and Lizzy are in an office and Shane is telling her how he
would have carried ECW to greatness if Paul Heyman didn't flush it down a
toilet because he didn't know how to balance a check book. Shane says from
now on XPW workers will pay taxes, sign exclusive contracts, and start to
conduct themselves in a professional manner. He said they will have to take
drug tests stating "It never hurt anyone to piss into a cup! Can you
imagine the look on The Rock Superstar Kaos's eyes when he realizes he has
to piss into a cup!". Shane and Lizzy are filling information packets to
    give to the workers.

Segment #3- Supreme cuts a promo saying he is STILL the Hardcore Champ. He
talks about the Death Match Tournament and how he beat "The Hardcore Icon"
in the first round, Altar Boy Luke in the second round, and The Hardcore
Homo in the Finals. He wonders why The Hardcore Homo wanted to challenge
him to a rematch when he didn't have what it took the first time. Supreme
says The Hardcore Homo is home with his boyfriend nursing all of his
injuries now and will not be back. He issues an open challenge to anyone to
come and try to take the belt.

Segment #4- "The Rock Superstar" Kaos, G.Q. Money, and Veronica Caine are
sitting around Kaos's house cursing and talking trash about Danny Doring
when Veronica Caine tells them about the information packets Lizzy and Shane
sent. She said she has been going over all the bylaws and starts to explain
them to them. They all laugh at the drug testing and G.Q. Money wonders why
there is drug testing as he coughs after taking a hit on his bong. Kaos
says he knows a guy that will cover them on the drug testing. Veronica says
all wrestlers have to sign 5 year contracts with XPW. She says XPW badges
must be worn at all times. Kaos puts his badge on but G.Q. Money yells at
him for wearing it in his own house. G.Q. Money is still coughing and
choking while wondering about drug testing. Veronica says there is a bylaw
saying no one can wear gold ring attire. She goes on to say all XPW
wrestlers must have contracts signed with their perspective opponents before
a match in order to make it official. She tells them all wrestlers are
responsible for paying their own taxes, but she says she has that one
covered. Veronica then takes out an 8 by 10 that was included so "you will
never forget who your new bosses are" ... it was of Lizzy and Shane of
    course.

Segment #5- (From Hostile Takeover 8/31/02)- XPW TV Champion "The Rock
Superstar" Kaos (with G.Q. Money and Veronica Caine) vs. "Confederate
Currency" Chris Hamrick in a Ladder Match. This is billed as Hamrick's
final rematch for the XPW World Television Title. For those of you who have
not seen Kaos, he bears a slight resemblance to Tito Ortiz and The Sandman.
I know they are two totally different people, but he is built like Ortiz
with the same hair and skin tone, but looks like The Sandman a bit in the
face. Anyway, the match starts out fast with some back and forth action in
the ring, but Kaos wasted no time in going outside and bringing a ladder
into the ring. Hamrick cut him off and did a Moonsault on to the ladder
that Kaos was holding outside the ring. Hamrick put Kaos into a Boston Crab
and turned it into a Surfboard. Money tried to make the save. Hamrick
stopped Money and put him in a Dragon Sleeper while he had one on Kaos with
his other arm. Kaos regains control and calls for a ladder. G.Q. Money
helps him set a ladder up on the ring post, but Hamrick hits him from behind
and slingshots the ladder around into Kaos's face. Kaos is suspended upside
down in the corner while Hamrick gets a chair. Hamrick puts the chair in
front of Kaos's face, takes the ladder, and slams the ladder into the chair.
He then leaves the ladder in front of the chair that Kaos is holding, goes
to the top, and dropkicks the ladder into the chair. Nice little sequence.
Veronica Caine comes in and tries to seduce Hamrick, but Kaos attacks
Hamrick from behind. Kaos is busted open now. Kaos puts Hamrick on his
shoulders as G.Q. Money goes to the top. Money delivers a Top Rope Leg
Lariat on Hamrick. Money hands Kaos an "industrial sized ladder". The
title is suspended above the ring in case you didn't realize that. Kaos
puts the ladder in the corner and starts to climb. The ladder is about
twice the size of the ring. Kaos attempts a Moonsault about 3 rungs from
the top of the ladder but Hamrick moves. Kaos is first up but Hamrick
starts to fight back. Kaos picks up a ladder but Hamrick delivers a Yakuza
Kick to the ladder sending Kaos out of the ring. Hamrick climbs the ladder
inside the ring while Kaos is outside. G.Q. Money tries to stop Hamrick
while Kaos climbs to the top turnbuckle. Money releases Hamrick as Kaos
delivers a Flying Guillotine. Kaos climbs the big ladder going for the
title. Hamrick hits a Springboard Dropkick sending Kaos off the ladder.
G.Q. Money heads to the top rope but Hamrick crotches him and delivers a
Dixie Driver from the top rope. Kris Kloss mentions how Hamrick is
constantly having to waste energy on G.Q. Money and Veronica Caine. Kaos
sets up the big ladder again and begins to climb up the wrong side. He
knocks the ladder over and folds it up. Kaos goes to the top and goes for
the 450 but Hamrick moves. Hamricks sets a ladder in the corner and goes to
whip Kaos into it, but Kaos reverses it. Kaos goes to hit Hamrick in the
stomach with another ladder but Hamrick jumps out of the way creating a sort
of ladder wedge in the corner. Kaos sets up the big ladder in the middle of
the ring and begins climbing the wrong side again. Hamrick also begins to
climb the ladder and they fight at the top where Hamrick knocks off Kaos.
Instead of going for the belt however, Hamrick goes for a big leg drop from
the top, but Kaos moves. Kaos hits a heel kick on Hamrick laying him out on
the ladder wedge in the corner. Kaos gets ANOTHER ladder and goes to spike
Hamrick with it but he moves creating now what best can be described as an
upside down letter A in the corner. Kaos goes for a huracanrana on those
ladders but Hamrick powerbombs him through the ladders. Kloss calls thje
creation a Ladder Craftmatic. Hamrick goes to climb the big ladder but Kaos
tips it sending Hamrick over the top rope and through a table. Money helps
Kaos set up the big ladder again and assists him up it to get the title for
the victory. Kaos is still the XPW World Television Champion. Hamrick's #1
contender status is "gone with the wind" according to Kloss. As Kaos goes
to leave the ring "somebody from the crowd" storms the ring. It is Danny
Doring. He attacks Kaos then DDTs G.Q. Money. Veronica Caine comes in and
Doring goes after her. Doring takes her and hits a piledriver on her and
takes a mic. Doring says "XPW!! Welcome to Philadelphia!! Welcome to the
mutha*^(%ing East Coast! Kaos, wrong time, wrong place. You see, this is
the building where i made my name..... Atlas (security), I know you are
going to throw me out of here (ECW chants breaking out) ... guys, we go back
a long way, you owe me this one minute to talk to these hardcore
muthaf&$^ers. Tonight I was always taught when you make an impact you go
after the big players. Tonight Kaos, you got a case of Danny Doring and I
bet you didn't like it! (Doring tells Atlas to let Kaos go as the crowd
starts to chant "Let him go!"). I am getting out of here ... XPW, Kaos,
.... welcome to Danny Doring's Hostile Takeover!!!!"

A commercial is shown with Johnny Webb for Bell Bail Bonds. No comment :)

A new commercial for XPW shirts, hats, 8 by 10s, and calendar is shown.

Segment #6- "The Rock Superstar" Kaos and G.Q. Money cut a promo on Danny
Doring. Money said no one has been able to defeat the undefeated Kaos and
Doring will prove himself to be the biggest jacka$$ in the company because
no one steps into The Enterprises' world. Kaos has a lot of personality and
a good look. He seems to be by far their biggest star other than Douglas.

Segment #7- A silhouette of a man with a disguised voice cuts the following
mysterious promo (paraphrased) "Shane Douglas, throughout your career you
crossed paths with many people, but for some reason it always seems like you
never part on good terms. Last time you and I parted it was not the way i
wanted it to be. I never got to say the things i wanted to say Shane. I
waited long enough, October 5th, I am coming to see you face to face. This
will be the confrontation like no other, cuz Shane remember, you are my
    friend of misery."

    NOTES:

XPW returns to Viking Hall/XPW Arena on Saturday, October 5th, for XPW
Fallout! It looks like XPW Death Match Champion Supreme has an open
challenge; The Sandman vs. Pogo the Clown; XPW World Heavyweight Champion
Shane Douglas will be confronted by the mystery man; Psicosis, Juventud
Guerrera, Super Crazy, XPW Tag Team Champions Mexico's Most Wanted
(Halloween & Damien 666), XPW TV Champion Kaos, Danny Doring, and much more!
