  • Ron Killings suffered an injury that caused a cut on top of his head during his NWA title defense against Monte Brown at last night's NWA-TNA pay-per-view. Killings was feeling some numbness and tingling but did continue the match. Killings was actually scheduled to face Brian Lawler later in the evening but the TNA trainer held him out of the match despite Killings wanting to go on with it. TNA officials don't think this is a serious injury.

    Vikram Sangar of Lordsofpain.co.uk:

    - Following recent complaints from UK viewers regarding the heavy editing of WWE programming, Sky TV sent out the following statement:

"...Sky does not, in general, edit World Wrestling Entertainment Raw and also other WWE programmes. We are sent a version from the States, which basically is already edited.

However, Sky will edit scenes, which the ITC (Independent Television Commission) may deem to be unacceptable.

Sky are currently in negotiations with WWE regarding season 2 of Tough Enough.

Sky has no plans to broadcast World Wrestling Entertainment Sunday Night Heat or WWE Confidential. However, your interest in this sport has been noted and passed to Sky Sports for their attention. I trust that the above information will be of assistance.

Thank you for your continued interest in Sky..."
