WWE Sunday Night Heat Results – August 18, 2002 Taped from Seattle, WA – 8/12/2002 Commentators: Crash & Coach
Coach welcomes us to Sunday Nigh Heat. Tonight D’lo will be in action tonight in the ring, and Crash Holly is substituting.
D’lo comes to the ring and starts off saying he dealt with Raven’s punk ass 2 week ago after Raven said Heat was his playground. But when Raven was challenged to a match, Raven came out on crutches, and Johnny Stamboli had the match. Raven interfered and Stamboli got the 1,2,3. D’lo wants Raven to walk his ass down to the ring so Raven with recognize who the hell he is. Raven accepts the challenge, but not tonight. Heat is Raven’s playground, and no one will dictate terms to him. Tonight, D’lo’s opponent is not just the coolest, is not just the best, he’s Justin Credible!
D’lo Brown vs. Justin Credible
D’lo starts brawling with Credible. Flapjack to Credible, cover, and Credible kicks out. Credible hits a superkick, and both men are down. Credible is in control with some chops and punches to D’lo in the corner. Credible with a sunset flip, but D’lo rolls out. D’lo hits a spinning sidewalk slam. Huge backdrop to Credible. Credible gets thrown to the corner, and crotched on the ringpost. D’lo hits a slam and a legdrop, cover, and Credible kicks out. D’lo hits a sky-high for the 1,2,3. After the match, Raven attacks D’lo with the Raven-Effect.

William Regal vs. Shelton Benjamin
Lockup. Arm wringer to Benjamin, reversed by Benjamin. Regal with an armdrag, into an armlock. Regal is hit with an armdrag. Regal wants to shake Benjamin’s hand. Benjamin hits a dragonscrew legsweep and a backdrop, cover, and Regal kicks out. Regal tries chopping Benjamin in the corner. Regal hits a boot to Benjamin, then a schoolboy rollup, and Benjamin kicks out. Benjamin with a headlock. Russian legsweep to Regal, then a gutwrench suplex. Back slide to Regal. Regal covers Benjamin with an inside cradle roll up for the 1,2,3.
Winner: William Regal
Raven is leaving the building. Terri wants to know Raven’s thoughts on what happened to D’lo tonight. Raven said that Justin was just a pawn that was to be sacrificed. He wants to assure D’lo that the games aren’t over, and to bid him welcome to the Clockwork Orange ride in Raven’s House of Fun.

Recap: Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman show up on Raw, last Monday, with tickets for seats. Triple H had some strong words for Shawn Michaels. The Rock comes out to interrupt Triple H. Triple H pedigrees the Rock, and security escort Lesnar and Heyman out. Raw GM Eric Bischoff signs a match for tomorrow night, The Rock vs. Triple H.

Recap: The biggest 8 man tag team match in the history of Raw, The Rock, The Undertaker, Booker T & Goldust lose to Triple H & The Un-Americans (Test and the Tag Team Champions, Christian & Lance Storm) when Test pinned the Undertaker.

Bradshaw vs. Shawn Stasiak
Bradshaw with a boot to Stasiak to start off. Bradshaw tosses Stasiak outside. Stasiak strikes at Bradshaw’s back, but Bradshaw is able to get the upper hand with some chops and a DDT to Stasiak. Bradshaw goes for a powerbomb, but Stasiak hits a backdrop. LOL, Crash says Stasiak is going to hit his finisher “the ratings drop.” Bradshaw hits a fall away slam. Stasiak lays a sleeper on Bradshaw. Bradshaw hits an elbow drop, cover, and Stasiak kicks out. Bradshaw puts Stasiak on the top turnbuckle. Bradshaw goes for a superplex, but Stasiak pushes Bradshaw off. Stasiak hits Bradshaw with a clothesline. Stasiak the thrown into the corner, and Bradshaw hits a clothesline-from-hell for the 1,2,3.
Winner: Bradshaw
