WWE News and Notes From The Ross Report - 8/16

Here are some news and notes from the latest Ross Report:
- Most of the WWE superstars that were in Australia will have this weekend off.
- Chris Jericho's band, Fozzy, will be playing live at RAW this Monday in Virginia.
- Ross is happy to hear that Bret Hart is recovering from the stroke, and he hopes that one day he can sit down with Bret and renew the relationship they once had.
- Hulk Hogan is adding some finishing touches to his book, which is expected to be released this November.
- Jerry Lawler is also working on his book. It will either be out late this year, or early next year.
- Ross says to check out Moolah's book, he says that the longtime wrestling fans may enjoy the book more, than the newer fans.
- Ross is happy with Matt's defection to Smackdown.
- The WWE is very happy with Jeff Hardy's in-ring efforts, and if the WWE does their job by managing Jeff's schedule, he could be on the verge of great things.
- Booker T will be doing another Hungry Man commercial.
- Trish Stratus and Bubba Ray Dudley will do another Stacker 2 commercial.
- The Big Valbowski is meeting with Dr. Youngblood this weekend in San Antonio, to have his neck examined.
- Torrie Wilson is going to the United Kingdom from August 27 to August 31 for some promotional work.
- Nothing new to report on Goldberg. The WWE hopes to talk to Goldberg sooner rather than later. Jim Ross thinks that Goldberg is interested in talking with the WWE.
- Dawn Marie is working on improving her in-ring skills. Ross says that she's been a pleasure working with since arriving in the WWE.
