Final Smackdown rating, Maven out two more months, and more

  • The final Smackdown rating came in at a 3.5 (6 share) which is way up from last week's 2.7. However, last week's episode was delayed in New York and Los Angeles markets which shows the impact those two markets have on the rating.

  • NWA-TNA have issued an apology for the controversial t-shirt Don Harris wore during their pay-per-view on Wednesday. For those that didn't see it, Harris wore a shirt that featured the Nazi "SS" symbol. The apology can be read by clicking HERE.

  • Maven out two more months with ligament damage
    On Thursday, Maven went to a specialist in Richmond, Va., and finally got what seems to be a complete diagnosis. An MRI exam revealed torn ligaments in his ankle. If the injury had been diagnosed right away, Maven would have had surgery, the specialist said. But at this point, an operation would do more harm than good, so Maven faces at least two months of rehab.
