- Ross stated that once Harry Smith, the son of Davey Boy, gets out of high school, he will be given an opportunity with WWE.
- Edge suffered a seperated shoulder during his cage match with Kurt Angle on Smackdown. The pain was worse the following morning so he went to see the Toronto Maple Leafs' team doctor to reset the shoulder. After an MRI, it was revealed that Edge has a torn labrum which may require surgery and will reduce his in-ring participation until surgery or rehab is complete.
- Maven will miss four to six weeks with a broken fibula.
- Diamond Dallas Page received a third doctor's opinion this week and he recommended that DDP not return to the ring. Dr. Youngblood did clear DDP to return a few weeks ago but should he continue, surgery may be needed down the road.
- After meeting with Rhyno yesterday, Dr. Youngblood stated that everything is on track with his recovery from neck surgery. Rhyno will meet again with Youngblood in about three months where the hope is that he will be cleared to begin light workouts.
- Kanyon, who is currently competiting for OVW, is having no problems with his knee.
- Chris Benoit is resuming his in-ring workouts in Atlanta. Dr. Youngblood expects Benoit to make a full-time return by the end of June.
- Kevin Nash will hopefully meet with Dr. James Andrews around June 11 for an evaluation on his torn bicep. WWE hopes that he will be released to return shortly after that meeting.
- Eddie Guerrero cut his mouth on Raw Monday but is alright.
- Tim White's shoulder is feeling better this week and swelling has gone down. He has begun rehabbing with light weights and his doctor feels that it's doubtful that he has more damage in his shoulder. An MRI will be conducted Wednesday.
- Scotty Too Hotty will meet with Dr. Youngblood on June 11 while Lita will meet with him in about a month. Both hope to get out of their hard neck braces and begin using soft ones at their next meetings.
- The Rock will present an Essence Award to Janet Jackson tonight in Los Angeles. The award show will air on June 6 at 8 PM EST on FOX. Rock will work the WWE house show in Honolulu on June 15, the Melbourne, Australia show on August 10 and August 25th's Summerslam pay-per-view. Other dates are being considered as well based on scheduling and Rock's injured knee.
- A variety of color commentators will receive tryouts on Heat over the next few weeks.
- Mark Henry is getting ready for another strongman competition. WWE is in the process of increasing Henry's wrestling practice with Fit Finlay over the next few weeks.
- Horace Hogan has left the HWA indefinitely to address some personal issues in Tampa.
- Ross pointed out that Brian Hebner, son of fellow WWE referee Earl Hebner, received some "your daddy screwed Bret" chants last week.
- An autobiography on The Fabulous Moolah will be released in August.
- Hulk Hogan's book will be released in October.
- Jerry Lawler's autobiography will hit stores in December while Freddie Blassie's life story will be released next March.
- The WWE cookbook, Can You Take the Heat?, is now available in paperback.
- While not finalized, it is likely that Tough Enough 2 winners Linda and Jackie will be assigned to OVW.
- Jamie Knoble, Shannon Moore, Shelton Benjamin, Rob Conway, John "Prototype" Cena, Ron Waterman, Sean O'Haire and Victoria, among others, will work WWE house shows over the next several weeks. Some of these names will be starting with WWE very soon.
- Al Snow, Ivory and Hugh Morrus will be the Tough Enough III trainers, which will air on MTV in September.
- Look for Rey Mysterio Jr. to make his Smackdown debut "soon than later".
