-Louisville wrestlers and fans lost a very loved person today. "Old man"
Charlie died this morning at the age of 86 years old. He was a very
dedicated fan and always recognizable to the fans and wrestlers over the
years. He has seen more wrestling than almost any other Louisville fan, and
could heckle with the best of them. My condolences go out to the friends and
family of Charlie he will be missed.

-Nick Dinsmore vs. Trailer Park Trash

-Referee Robert Briskoe was out early, although not officiating this match
as he searched Trailer Park Trash personally for any type of weapon. TPT
opened up strong delivering some very loud and brutal chops to Dinsmore
echoing throughout Davis Arena. Dinsmore although being dominated early came
back with a big atomic drop erupting the local standing room only crowd.
Dinsmore continued the offensive assault but was thrown out of the ring by
Trash. Trash then continued the upperhand until he missed a huge top rope
leg drop changing the pace of the match. Dinsmore then pulled off his top
rope missle dropkick. Both men eventually went down after a double shoulder
block, which brought Flash to ringside. Rob Conway followed to the ringside
area as well and brawled with Flash just after he was able to toss in a pair
of knucks to Trash. Unfortunately for Trash Dinsmore intercepted the knucks
and but wasn't able to his TPT. As Conway and Flash brawled to the back
Dinsmore and Trash did as well as the match resulted in a double countout.

    -No winner via double countout

-Jim Cornette was featured in the commentator's booth making a very
important announcement regarding the June 14 Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom
show. He announced that Jerry "the King" Lawler would be making an
appearance and sent the TV audience off to view former Lawler moments.

-Johnny Jeter vs. The Prototype w/ Kenny Bolin

-A good match but a basic demolishing, with the former OVW Heavyweight
champion booked against newcomer Johnny Jeter. Prototype opened off
pummelling Jeter in the corner with a very loud and un-welcoming "You Suck"
chant being directed at him and his manager Kenny "the King" Bolin. He
followed with a vicious clothesline followed by a perfect stalling suplex,
in which he had a chance to flex one arm holding Jeter with the other.
Prototype then hit his finisher the Protoplex on Jeter, and went for the
pinfall, after two Prototype lifted him up showing great cockiness.
Prototype then went on to do the same thing again, toying with the rookie.
Eventually Nova ran in and delivered a hard right hand to Prototype causing
the ref to throw out the match, but saving Jeter from even more of a
beating. Sean O'Haire made a run in attacking Nova, but Nova managed to get
the best of the two at the end, dodging Prototype and laying out O'Haire
    with a flying forearm.

    -Winner via DQ Johnny Jeter

-Nova was nexted to get his words in as he joined Jim Cornette in the
commentator's booth. He told everyone that he was sick of being out numbered
by Bolin Services and enough is enough. He then said that he is choosing
someone to be on his side and challenged Prototype and Sean O'Haire to a
match June 14 at Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom against himself and Jerry Lawler
as Jim Cornette gladly ok'd the match. He then went on to announce that Nova
would be taking on Sean O'Haire tonight in the main event and that if Kenny
Bolin or Prototype interfere they will be fined 1000 dollars.

-Jim Cornette was joined for another interview segment this time by Dr. Tom
Prichard and Kevin Kelley. Kevin Kelley talked about how the tag team match
between Damaja and Doug Basham against Nick Dinsmore and Rob Conway at the
WWE House show recently has gotten the WWE's attention and that they signed
Developmental deals with Victoria, Damaja and Doug Basham. This apparently
upset Cornette because the Revolution was fired last week by Danny Davis
personally and now they are employed by the WWE. To make matters worse,
Kevin Kelley and Tom Prichard told them that they would be assigning Basham,
Damaja and Victoria to wrestle in OVW. This upset Cornette and Danny Davis
who stormed the ring ready to hit someone. Davis who was irate went off on
Prichard obviously upset with what was happening claiming that "one of the
best wrestlers in over 25 years has ended up as one of the biggest ass
kissers in the business" Kevin Kelley basically went on to tell Davis that
he gets a check from the WWE each month to run the developmental program and
that he had to do what they said to continue getting paid. Davis then
snapped running at Kelley and Prichard being somewhat restrained as
eventually all three went to the back. Cornette didn't let the Revolution
leave though and announced that if they really want some competition then
they would get it and would fight Redd Dogg and Shelton Benjamin next!

-Shelton Benjamin & Redd Dogg vs. Doug Basham & Damaja w/

    Victoria

-Redd Dogg and Basham squared things off in the ring, with some basic
wrestling. The crowd was extremely hot during this match. Redd Dogg got the
early hiptoss, but Basham tagged in Damaja and Dogg tagged in Shelton.
Shelton dominated showcasing his great agility and atheletic move and tagged
Dogg back in to deliver a huge double hiptoss to Basham. Eventually as Dogg
was whipped into the ropes, Queen Victoria pulled down the top rope which
sended Dogg flying out of the ring. Basham who was on the outside at the
time delivered some cheap shots to Dogg and rolled him back into the ring
without the ref seeing. The match ended as Shelton had Damaja in the sleeper
hold, but Victoria interfered raking the eyes of Benjamin and allowed Damaja
to pull off the Brain Damaj and gain the pinfall.

-Winners via pinfall Damaja and Doug Basham

    -David Flair vs. Johnny Spade
    DARK MATCH

-A very entertaining match with Spade playing the cowardly heel, always
avoiding Flairs offensive attempts. Spade opened off with some hard chops to
Flair. Flair dominated the majority of the offense on Spade, but there was a
moment of hope for Johnny. He went to the top rope and delivered a top rope
sunset flip to David Flair, who was rolled up, but rolled out of it. Flair
then grabbed the leg of Spade and snapped on the Figure Four forcing Johnny
    to submit.

    -Winner via submission David Flair

    -Chris Cage vs. Seven
    DARK MATCH

-A very slow match to say the least, with Seven completly dominating all of
the offense throughout the match. The offensive attacks that Cage got in
were short and weak if any, and never really took the big man off of his
feet. The match ended as Seven finished off Cage with an overhead armlock
    slam and the pinfall.

    -Winner via pinfall Seven

    -Sean O'Haire vs. Nova
    TV MAIN EVENT

-A decent main event with O'Haire starting off strong with a big headlock.
Nova easily got out of this, showcasing his quick feet and reversed and
avoided several offensive assaults by O'Haire. He swept O'Haire and followed
with a huge standing lariat sending the big man down to the canvas and
erupting the Davis Arena crowd. O'Haire came back with another offensive
attack ending with a big standing back breaker. He then went off the second
rope diving over Nova and delivering a nice snapmare to the new OVW
Superstar. He then went on to showcase his own agility as he did a nice
standing backflip followed by a clothesline in the corner to Nova.
Eventually Nova came storming back on the big man and went to the top rope.
It almost appeared as Nova was about to have this match in the bag until
Jerome Croney ran in and shoved Nova off of the top rope. Croney had some
recent heat with Bolin Services and hasn't been seen as of late, but is
apparently back with the stable. The ref saw Croney's attack and threw the
match out disqualifying O'Haire. After the bell rang Bolin and Prototype
came in and attacked Nova 3 on 1 as the cameras went off the air. Redd Dogg,
Shelton Benjamin and David Flair eventually came in with the save concluding
another MUST SEE week of Ohio Valley Wrestling.

    -Winner via DQ Nova
