Raw starts immediately with Chris Benoit coming to the ring.

Benoit gets on the mic. You know it sure is hell feels good to be back. A few months ago I was drafted by Vince to be on Smackdown. There is no way the WWE is gonna come through my hometown without having the Wolverine. I'm only a few weeks away from coming back to doing what I do best, the best damn technical wrestler in the world today. There is a good reason why I came here tonight.

Eddie Guerrero's music starts and out he walks to the ring. Eddie gets on the mic. It's good to see you. I missed you holmes. But what I missed most of all is your jealousy. You were always jealous of Eddie Guerrero. You know that out of all the Radicalz I am the one with all the talent. Most of all I am the only one with Latino Heat. Your jealosy has always blinded you. You were always trying to hold me back. Since you've been gone I have accomplished alot of things. I am the Intercontinental Champion. I beat RVD. Last week I was able to accomlish what you never could - I laid out Austin. I laid him out stone cold.

Congratulation Mr. Latino Heat. You are the IC Champion. Unfortunately, that is a reality I can't change. But tonight RVD can. As fas as you being a better wrestler than me, tonight we're gonna find out if you can have a better ladder match than me. What you did to Austin takes a real tough guy to hit someone from behind and then run.

I like to hit you right now. Eddie starts dancing around acting like he is going to hit Benoit. Benoit takes his shirt off.

Ric Flair comes to the ring and gets on the mic. Benoit, can't you do anything civilized? I let you walk out here and suck up to your hometown fans. And what do you do? You start a fight. Typical Canadian. Do you wanna see Benoit vs Guerrero tonight? You wanna see Austin walk down that aisle tonight? Too bad. According to JR, Austin's wife Debra got a family emergency. he can't be here. Even if he was to interfere in my program I have a special committee waiting for him. You are benched Austin. but Benoit, you are not benched. But if you think for one minute that I will let a Smackdown guy come in here and get it on with a Raw superstar, you are wrong. Unless you got a ticket, and you don't, get out of my ring right now.

Eddie gets back on the mic. Get out of my ring Benoit.

Benoit shoves Eddie across the ring.

Flair calls for security and orders Benoit out of the ring. Benoit leaves with security but not before getting in Flair's face.

During the commercial break, Benoit is shown being escorted out of the building.

WWE Women's and European Championship
Trish Stratus and Spike Dudley vs Molly Holly and William Regal
Before Molly and Regal come to the ring they are shown in the back. Molly tells Regal that Spike is a pervert because one time he tried to get to second base with her. Match starts with Spike attacking Regal. Spike with multiple dropkicks on Regal. Spike backs Regal into the corner for ten shots to the head. Spike with a crossbody on Regal for a two count. Spike with a rollup for a two count. Trish with punches on Molly. Trish clotheslines Molly for a two count. Trish with a kick to the head for a two count. Regal grabs Trish's hair from behind. Molly chokes Trish on the ropes. Molly with an elbow drop on Trish. Trish with a backslide on Molly for the pin. After the match Molly hits Trish in the back of the head with Regal's brass knucks.
Winners: Trish Stratus and Spike Dudley

Backstage, Terri interviews the Hardcore Champion Steven Richards. Richards says that Jazz is recovering nicely from a knee operation. Richards says that Jazz is so cute and cuddly. Jacqueline walks up and wonders why he described Jazz that way. Richards says Jacqueline is jealous. Jacqueline attacks Richards with the mic and goes for a pin. Stasiak and Bossman get involved and then brawl away from the scene. Terri decides to pin Richards to win the hardcore title. Richards pins her right back to win back the title.

Backstage, Kevin Nash tells the nWo members that if they lose they are out of the nWo and he will kick their asses. Booker tells Nash he does not like the nWo music to be played for his entrance. Nash says they will do a remix for Booker if he wins his match tonight. Everyone leaves and Goldust is shown hiding in a closet listening to what was going on.

Booker T and X-Pac vs Hardy Boyz
Xpac with an armdrag takedown on Matt. Xpac kicks matt in the corner. Matt with a second rope legdrop on Xpac, Booker breaks the count. Double team on Booker. Jeff with a corkscrew moonsault on Booker. Booker drops Matt across the ropes. Xpac with a spinning heel kick on Matt for a two count. Matt with a double clothesline. Jeff with a double dropkick. Jeff legdrops Xpac in the groin. Poetry in motion on Booker and Xpac. Booker with a sidekick on Jeff followed by the scissors kick. Xpac tags himself in before Booker can do the spinaroonie. X-factor on Jeff for the pin. After the match Booker gets on the mic and says he came here to give these people what they want to see. Booker does the spinaroonie. Booker and Xpac shake hands.
Winners: Booker T and X-Pac

Backstage, Paul Heyman asks the trainer how Trish is doing. He says she is coming around. The trainer leaves and Heyman attempts to enter the locker room to find Trish. Bubba Dudley opens the door just as Heyman was opening it. Bubba attacks Heyman and tells him to stay away from Trish and to send a message to Brock Lesnar.

Tommy Dreamer is in the ring with a mic. I came here to clear some things up. I am just a normal guy. Dreamer goes to ringside and accidently knocks a fan's hot dogs on the floor. Dreamer picks up one of the hot dogs and takes a bite. Dreamer goes back to the ring and says he is normal.

Undertaker comes to the ring and stares at Dreamer. Undertaker gets on the mic. So you are just a normal guy? I am the Undisputed Champion. And you are now on my time. I suggest you hit the bricks before I kick your ass.

I was just out here to try to tell the people....

What part of you are on my time did you not understand? Even Hulk Hogan, who I retired, didn't take up my time. Last Monday night, RVD did not take up any of my time. So tell me, what makes some freak think he can stand in my yard and take up my time? In other words, get the hell out of here.

Dreamer says ok and attempts to leave.

Undertaker calls Dreamer back in the ring and asks him if he wants a shot at the title. Dreamer says he would love a shot. Undertaker says he will not get one because he is not worthy. Undertaker says the whole dressing room is not even worthy. But because he is a nice guy and Dreamer loves to entertain by doing disgusting things, Undertaker tells Dreamer to drink his tobacco spit. Dreamer says that is gross. Undertaker says if he does not drink the spit he will be taking all the meals for the rest of his life through a tube. Undertaker hands the cup to Dreamer and makes him drink it. Dreamer says it was pretty good. Undertaker gives Dreamer a big boot to the face and a chokeslam. Undertaker throws Dreamer out of the ring and follows out. Undertaker puts a chair around Dreamer's neck and then sends him into the ring post. Undertaker gets back on the mic and says that is disgusting.

Backstage, Heyman says Bubba Dudley envisioned Lesnar when he attacked him earlier. Heyman asks Lesnar if he is going to let Bubba manhandle him. Lesnar says no.

Brock Lesnar w/ Paul Heyman vs Bubba Dudley
Lesnar with a hard irish whip. Punches by Bubba. Lesnar rolls out of the ring. Bubba follows out. Bubba sends Lesnar into the ring steps. Back in the ring Bubba chops lesnar in the ropes. Bubba with a neckbreaker for a two count. Lesnar with a headbutt. Suplex by Lesnar. Lesnar with a modified bear hug. Lesnar with an overhead belly to belly suplex for a two count. Bubba with a belly to back suplex. Flapjack by Bubba followed by a clothesline. Sidewalk slam by Bubba for a two count. Bubba bomb on Lesnar. heyman distracts the ref. Bubba chokes Heyman in the corner. Lesnar hits Heyman by accident. Bubba with a belly to back suplex for a two count. Heyman tries to trip Bubba. Lesnar picks up Bubba and hits the TKO for the pin.
Winner: Brock Lesnar

Backstage, Coach asks Raven what he is doing in the parking garage. Coach asks Raven if he knows anything about Debra's family problems. Raven says it wasn't Debra problem, it was Austin's. Raven does one of his nevermore speeches and says he feels Austin's pain.

Bradshaw vs Big Show
Show with a clothesline. Show kicks Bradshaw down in the corner. Show tosses Bradshaw across the ring. Show with headbutts. Slam by Show followed by an elbow drop. Show walks into a big boot. Bradshaw with the clothesline from hell but it did not knock Show down. Show hits a chokeslam for the pin.
Winner: Big Show

Backstage, X-pac and Booker are happy that everyone in the nWo won their matches tonight. Goldust, dressed in nWo attire, walks in and congratulates them. X-pac says he is going to go tell Nash that Goldust is wearing the Black and White. As X-Pac is walking off Booker calls him a stooge.

Al Snow is shown live at the World. Jake beats Kenny in an arm wrestling match, and Linda beats Jackie in an arm wrestling match.

Backstage, Terri interviews Rob Van Dam.

Howard Finkel arrives to the ring and tells Coach to tell Flair that he is sorry he was late. Coach does not even care because he was out there waiting for Austin to show up and he thought Fink was Austin when Fink pulled up in a pickup truck.

Goldust vs Crash Holly
Crash with a rollup for a two count. Goldust with a reverse suplex for the pin. Quick match.
Winner: Goldust

The nWo music starts up and Nash walks to the ring. Goldust backs out of the ring. Nash gives Crash a big boot to the face. Goldust walks up the ramp doing all the nWo hand gestures, with Nash staring at him.

Backstage, Eddie Guerrero tells Flair that the ladder match could be dangerous. Eddie asks Flair if he has heard anything from Austin yet. Flair tells Eddie not to worry because he has the special committee in place should Austin show up.

Ladder Match
Eddie Guerrero vs Rob Van Dam
RVD sends Eddie into the ring steps. RVD drapes Eddie across the security wall and then proceeds to hit Eddie with a corkscrew guiloteen legdrop. Eddie sends RVD face first right into the ladder. Eddie suplexes RVD on the floor. Eddie throws the ladder on top of RVD. Back in the ring Eddie punches RVD into the corner. Eddie wraps RVD's leg around the ring post. Eddie hits RVD in the knee with a chair. Eddie with a suplex. Eddie with a powerbomb. Eddie tries to place the ladder in the ring but RVD dropkicks it in his face. RVD flies out of the ring onto Eddie on top of the ladder. Chris Benoit walks to ringside with a ticket. benoit is seated and we go to commercial. Back from commercial and Eddie hits RVD in the head with the ladder on the outside. Eddie sets the ladder up in the ring. Eddie begins to climb the ladder but gets knocked off by a RVD missile dropkick. RVD with a tilt a whirl backbreaker followed by a standing moonsault on the ladder. RVD and Eddie climb the ladder at the same time. Eddie sunset flips RVD off the top of the ladder. A fan enters the ring and knocks Eddie off the ladder. The fan is taken out by security. Eddie with a clothesline on RVD. Eddie with a swanton bomb off the ladder on RVD. Eddie brings a chair in the ring and hits RVD in the leg with it. Eddie props the chair in the corner. RVD counters and sends Eddie face first into the chair. RVD skateboards the chair into Eddie's face. RVD places the ladder on top of Eddie and hits a split legged moonsault. Eddie pulls RVD off the ladder. Eddie places the ladder in the corner. RVD irish whips Eddie into the ladder. RVD monkey flips Eddie into the ladder. RVD with the rolling thunder on the ladder on top of Eddie. Superkick by RVD. Eddie dropkicks RVD in the knee. RVD kicks the chair in Eddie's face. RVD climbs the ladder for a 5 star frogsplash but the ladder gives away and RVD falls to the mat. RVD knocks Eddie off the top turnbuckle into the security wall. RVD climbs the ladder and grabs the IC Title for the win.
Winner and New WWE Intercontinental Champion: Rob Van Dam

After the match Eddie hits RVD in the back with the ladder. Steve Austin runs to the ring and kicks Eddie down in the corner. Ric Flair and Arn Anderson enter the ring but Austin takes care of them. Chris Benoit enters the ring and appears to side with Austin. Benoit attacks Austin from behind. Benoit slams Austin followed by a 5 star frog splash from Eddie. Flair and Anderson are shown on the ramp laughing. Benoit raises Eddie's hand and they hug.
