Here's what happened in Macon, off the top of my head:
The Hurricane v. Tajiri:
Pretty slow match, Hurricane wins it with a chokeslam
after a LOT of restholds
Deacon Bautista v. Hugh Morrus:
Slow match with the Deacon exhibiting a lot of power
moves, and he eventually wins with a variation of the
Bareback
Christian, Lance Storm, D-von, and Albert v. Kidman,
Randy Orton, Mark Henry, and The Big Valbowski:
Typical 8 man match, Henry dominates at first, then
all wrestlers are integrated into the match. Kidman's
team won when he hit the Shooting Star Press
Jamie Knoble v. Shannon Moore
Exciting, high flying match between the two, was
rather short, Moore takes it with a top rope corkscrew
maneuver
Billy and Chuck v. Al Snow and Maven
Typical match between these teams, Billy and Chuck win
after Rico hits a spin kick on Maven. Al Snow did
something funny before and after the match, he chased
the ring announcer around the ring, eventually caught
him, and seemed to be searching him for something.
Must be an inside joke.
Hardcore Holly v. Tazz:
Holly dominated the whole match until he attempted a
leapfrog in the corner, and Tazz caught him in the
Tazzmission for the win. Short match
Intermission
Test v. Faarooq (Georgia Street Fight)
Crowd was way behind Faarooq, he's from Warner Robins
about 10 minutes away. Slugfest, Faarooq wins with a
spinebuster
Chris Jericho v. Rikishi:
Jericho did a lot of taunting during the match, and at
one point had Rikishi in the corner, pulled down his
pants, and attempted a stinkface! Jericho then put
his knees up on an attempted Banzai Drop, put his feet
on the ropes, and got the pin. Rikishi got the
Stinkface after the match
Stacy Keibler v. Torrie Wilson v. Ivory v. Victoria
(Swimsuit Competition)
All ladies come out with robes on, and Ivory says the
same things about how she won't show anything, blah
blah. Other ladies disrobe her and themselves, and
Torrie Wilson is determined the winner by crowd
reaction. Both Stacy and Victoria attack her, but
Torrie comes out on top at the end
Edge v. Kurt Angle:
VERY good match between these two. Edge did Dusty
Rhodes' Bionic Elbow at one point. Edge eventually
won it with a rollup
Notes: Saw Daffney in the audience, she probably was
backstage also.
Sound system in the Macon Centreplex is awful, we
couldn't understand anything that anybody was saying.
It was a great show, although I doubt that they'll
ever come back because the crowd seemed very rude.
Many "Boring" chants throughout the night, and about
1/4 of the people left after the Swimsuit Competition!
Oh well, they missed a great match.
Also, there was probably less than 5,000 people there,
very far from a sellout.
