The following news is from the Pro Wrestling Torch Newsletter
If you saw RAW this past Monday, you saw Kevin Nash made a surprise return. Despite him not being ready for over a month, Nash should be on-air more often, and may even re-appear again this Monday on RAW. Kevin Nash was injured with a deep muscle bruise earlier this month during his match with Hall against Hulk Hogan and the Rock at one of the last RAWs before the roster split.
Roddy Piper is telling XWF officials that he wants to have booking power. He is very interested in putting some of the young wrestlers over. He feels that Brian Knobbs, the current booker, is concentrating more on the veterans. Piper was at the XWF Training Facilities recently training with some of the new blood of the XWF.
Finally, the NWA, the Jarretts's PPV promotion is set to make public the deal they have with In Demand for launching their PPV promotion. PPV analysts are saying they will have to start out with a big bang to get audiences attention, and have to produce high quality television for two months to get audiences into it, otherwise it may turn into a WWA disaster.
