Raw did a 5.4 composite rating, its best rating since August 2001. Hour 1 did a 5.1. Hour 2 did a 5.7. Last week's Raw rating did a 5.3 composite. In the top 20 prime time TV programs for March 18 - 24, the top-rated UPN show was WWF Smackdown, which tied at No. 72 with Fox's Titus. Credit: Yahoo!
