Recap of Triple H on MTV's TRL

    Triple H was on Total Request Live on MTV today, here is my recap:

    The host (not Carson Daly) announces Triple H as the new Undisputed WWF Champion, Triple H! The Game comes out with both titles and wearing his new "Screw the Rules" t-shirt. The host asks him how it feels beating Chris Jericho at WrestleMania, Triple H says it's great and the 70,000 fans in Toronto were amazing. The host asked him what he does to chill out, Triple H says he's on the road too much to chill out and just sleeps in his free time.

    The host asks about the WWF and Ozfest connection, Triple H gets interupted by some NFL mascots in the studio. He challenges them and all 15 or so attack him, they go on to show a video (Puddle of Mudd; Blurry). Back from the video and all the mascots are laying down on the ground. Once again they talk about the WWF and Ozfest connection, the WWF will have booths and wrestlers at the event. One of the mascots wake's up and Triple H kicks him back down. The host thanks him for being on the show today.



    Bill Driver sent in the following:

    Triple H is intorduced and comes out to Drowning Pool's version of Time to Play the Game. They talk about whooping Chris Jericho's butt at WMX-8. They talk about the WWF hooking up with Ozzfest. Triple H tells everyone he is a big metalhead. When asked about what kind of music he listens to when he is with the ladies, he says he doesn't get must time to be with the ladies because he is always on the road. Triple H goes on to talk about how wrestling and metal has been brought together through the fans. And that's the direction it's been taken. Triple then gets mobbed by the NFL mascots as they go to the next video.

    We come back to Triple H. All the mascots are laying everywhere and Triple H talks about how he took care of business with them. Triple H then tells that the WWF and Ozzfest have teamed up. Since the WWF is the kings of entertainment and Ozzy is the king of rock, it's a match made in hell. Triple H says that WWF wrestlers will be at Ozzfest and the WWF will have interactive booths set up and that there will be autpograph sessions with wrestlers and the rock stars. Triple H says it will be great. Then one of the mascots gets up and Triple H kicks off the stage and the segment ends.
