Front Row Wrestling Comes To Rochester, NH 11/06/09

Front Row Wrestling returns to the American Legion on 93 Easter Ave in Rochester, NH on Friday, Nov. 6th with a bell time of 8pm.

MAIN EVENT

A grudge match 8 months in the making…Texas Death Match rules, loser leaves town

Bruiser Costa (w/ Joey Eastman)
Vs.
Maverick Wild

-Never before has one dispute between two men caused such friction, turmoil and animosity in Front Row Wrestling. This all began on May 8th in Rochester when Wild brought Bruiser Costa to the ring with him as his special guest to keep an eye on Joey Eastman in a match with Tony Spencer. Following the match, Costa, Spencer and Joey Eastman beat the living hell out of Wild, breaking his nose in the process. Further heating up the situation, Wild had announced he may have to retire due to accumulated injuries (most seriously but not limited to herniated disks along the T8, T9 and T10 vertebrae in his back). Costa would taunt Wild, claiming he had no injuries and was in fact running scared because Costa held a contract on Wild from a promotion Costa ran years before. The attacks continued as well. On July 31st in Rochester, after a nose to nose confrontation with Costa, Wild was pearl harbored by Costa’s associates Panther Martin, Joey Eastman and Tony Spencer-again leaving Wild in a broken heap.

This all came to a head when Costa, perhaps foolishly, challenged Wild and a partner of his choice to face he and Panther Martin on October 3rd. Wild and Sonny Goodspeed answered the challenge. Costa spent much of the match avoiding Wild until Martin had him in a compromising situation-at which point Costa seemed to take much pleasure in raining down the cheap shots on Wild. The tables turned when Wild was finally able to get hold of Costa; the match ended in a no contest after Wild battered and bloodied Costa, refusing to stop at the referee’s behest and was nearly unable to be restrained by the referee, Goodspeed and tag team champions Shawn Sharp and Cameron Blaze.

Now, these two arch enemies will face off on Nov. 6th under Texas death rules, with the loser having to leave Front Row Wrestling. Wild is no stranger to violent action and has been involved in numerous disputes and brawls over the years, particularly in Front Row Wrestling. Front Row Wrestling has been, as Wild calls it, “…a labor or love” for him, and beating him under these impassioned conditions will prove extremely hard. Costa however, is the rare man to have an edge on Wild in the area of experience. He is a former Canadian national singles and Tag Team champion and made his living in the old territorial wrestling system. He’s had dozens of violent matches over the last 30 years and despite his seeming reluctance to square off with Wild is more than capable of bringing the mayhem.

Other matches include:

Science of Insanity (Christian Angers & Steven Marriott) (challengers)
Vs.
