On Saturday October 20th, 2012 in Porterdale, Georgia The Fifth Column (managed by Miss Rachael) defeated Unified PCW/EMPIRE Champion Mason.
After the win, The Fifth Column (who received a title match by virtue of his Platinum Royal win at Sacred Ground: Chapter Three on September 25th) unmasked and was revealed to be "The Revelation" Shane Marx.
Shane Marx was the first PCW Champion before losing the title to Grotesque. Mason defeated Grotesque at Sacred Ground: Chapter Two and unified the PCW title by defeating then EMPIRE Champion Marx at Sacred Ground: Chapter Three. Marx was awarded the EMPIRE Champion and was the only EMPIRE Champion until that title was unified with the PCW title by virtue of Mason's win over him at Chapter Three.
Shane Marx as of Saturday, October 20th, 2012 is the Unified PCW/EMPIRE Champion. Sylar Cross is the #1 contender and will get a shot at the new champion on November 3rd in Porterdale, Georgia. A recap, new rankings, and more news and notes will be forthcoming.
