Slade Mercer has had his last match in Queensland after losing to The Australian Wolverine, Mason Childs at PWAQ's Ipswich Impact 2 on May 19 2012. After an embarassing defeat at Rise of the Warriors 6, Slade Mercer swore that he would go to Ipswich Impact 2 and face someone he has never faced before. That didnt leave much options, as Slade has dominated almost the entire PWAQ Roster in the last 18 months.
Slade called out Mason Childs, who answered the challenge. Mason showed no sign of ring-rust as Australia and New Zealand clashed one last time. Unfortunatly the match did not go in Slade's favor as Mason picked up the pinfall, sealing Slade fate.
As per his agreement, Slade is in the process of packing his bags. He has one engagement for SWA in Newcastle before completly leaving the country for the United Kingdom. Slade thanked the Ipswich fans before telling them to f-off.
PWAQ officials thank Slade Mercer for the last 18 months and wish him well as he takes his next step towards achieving his ultimate dream.
