Pain vs Antwon Jordan
Are you kidding? Whoever made this match did Jordan no favors. At least he got to show off his new gear to everyone. After taking a few kicks to his giant thighs, Pain took control and was actually smiling as he dismantled the over matched Jordan. Quick victory for Pain. WELCOME BACK ANTWON!!!

A.I.W.F New South Champion Shawn Hunter vs. Steve Stiles
Hunter said since he couldn't have Velvet Jones, he would have to settle for his best friend Stiles. He called this match a waste of his time and Stiles took offense and put the much bigger Hunter on the mat. All this did was annoy Hunter who seemed to be visualizing Velevet as he pounded Stiles. Steve Stiles throws one of the prettiest drop kicks in the Ga. Indys and delivered one here right in Hunter's mush that was as viscious as it was graceful but this was Hunter's night. After making the cover, Hunter exits just as Bric Bradley enters to assault Stiles, his former partner. He reminds Stiles that they have a loser leaves town match coming up at Redemption. his assault continues until Encore Zac Edwards enters. Zac challenges Bric and attacks before he can get an answer.

Bric Bradley vs Encore Zac Edwards
This was short and sweet. Edwards is in the best shape of his life and when you couple that with his experience and a vastly underrated mat game, it is a hard hand to beat. Not one to be out done, Bradley holds his own but leaves himself open to Edwards and the mic check. Nice win for Zac.

Ben Masters holds court in the ring and welcomed The Real Deal Jake Slater who told us all that he was here for one reason and one reason only, he wants the $1000 bounty that is on Drew Adler's head. He says he is going to deliver three piledrivers and put Adler out so he can pocket that cash. Next guest is Neal McGuiness, who has been banned from wrestling in the AWN due to his blantant disrespect of Mike Money, the fans, and most importantly, the United States of American. He wants Mike Money to tell him why and calls him out to the ring. Money comes out and after taking verbal shots at one another, money agrees to let Neal have a match at Redemption with the stipulation that Money gets to choose his opponent. Neal argues but relents after realizing this is his only chance to get back in the ring.

The Beast Shane Curtis vs AWN Heavyweight Champion Adorable Anthony Andrews
After announcing that the September 7th show would be Adorable Anthony Andrews Appreciation night, it was very clear to us all that AWN General Manager Marvelous Michael Stevens was gonna protect his BFF any way possible in this match. Not only did he ban the submission choke used by Curtis, he was also adamant that this match was not going to be for the title. Despite having his back to the wall from the openeing bell, Curtis still took the fight to the champ. Andrews was in trouble early and often but the disrespect of the fans towards him seemed to inspire him as he reached deep into his bag of tricks and unloaded on Curtis. After several minutes Curtis connects with the spinebuster and goes to lock on his choke hold only to be chastised by Stevens from ringside. The distraction allows Andrews an opprotunity for a quick roll up and a handful of tights which Curtis managed to kick out of. You could see the heat and the punishment taking it's toll on both men when Andrews connected with his sit down powerbomb and scores a clean pin fall over Shane Curtis.

AWN Tag Team Champions, The Unit vs WildChild Joey Kidman and Kennedy Riley
This was a non title match that took forever to get going because CJ Awesome simply wouldn't get in the ring. The king of stall tactics took his time and really let the crowd get under his skin before finally getting in the ring and tagging in Stunt Marshall. Kidman attacked with everything he had and really had both men bouncing around until he tagged in Kennedy Riley. The official rag doll of the AWN has heart, determination, and toughness galore but lacks the experience to substain any kind of offense for very long. The Unit seized control and DESTROYED Riley for what must have seemed like an eternity to the youngster. Once he is able to make the hot tag to Kidman, Riley is taken to the outside by Marshall and abused even more. As the referee tries to get them back into the ring, CJ Awesome connects with a powerbomb and has Kidman down for the count. Before the ref can turn around, Pain enters the ring, lays CJ out, and puts Kidman on top where he remained until the ref finally turned and counted the one, two, three.

The Real Deal Jake Slater vs Drew Adler
Slater is hot from the get go and Adler is totally off guard. Slater actually connects with a big piledriver but as the ref counts the cover, Slater pulls Adler up,forgets the bounty money, and says he isn't finished yet. Big Mistake! Adler rallies and turns this into a great contest. Adler has come a long way in the ring and deserves all the praise that is being put on him. He more than holds his own with anyone he gets in ther with but Slater is no slouch himself. Adler rides the wave of momentum and connects with a huge senton for the win.

As the bell rings, Andrews hits the ring and attacks Adler, who is the number one contender for his title. As Marv joins the attack Shane Curtis hits the ring and lays Marv out. Stevens is beside himself and in a blantant abuse of power, strips Curtis of his status of number one contender to Shawn Hunter's A.I.W.F New South Championship. Curtis is seething as Adler composes himself and issues a challenge for Redemption. Himself and Shane Curtis vs. BFF. If Adler and Curtis win, Marv is no longer General Manager. BFF agree but Marv counters with a stipulation of his own. If BFF win, Adler is no longer number one contender to Andrews and his title and therefore forfiets his match at Halloween Hell 7. After a little deliberation, Adler agrees and the match is set. Things are changing very quickly folks. You do not want to miss Redemption Friday Night September 21st. Be there!!!
