Beyond The Walls - The Frantic Four

Your emails have been counted. Your Facebook comments have been tabulated. Your Tweets have been accepted. Broskis, welcome to Round Four of Beyond The Walls. After last week, only eight superstars remained, and in a few minutes, you'll find out who made it into the "Frantic Four".

Therefore, without further ado, here's how the votes went down:

RAW Bracket:

#9 CM Punk defeated #12 Jack Swagger, 35-4

(Despite some dominating victories over the first few rounds, The All-American American didn't stand a chance here. Apart from some Okies and pity votes, Swagger got wiped clean by Mr. Punk. I can't really say I'm surprised by this, but I thought the former world champion would have put up a better fight. Alas, it was not meant to be.)

#5 Dolph Ziggler defeated #8 Zack Ryder, 25-14

(For those of you who were getting ready for a Punk vs. Ryder match-up in the top four, kiss that dream goodbye. Ziggler has been quietly sweeping the competition and not even the Zack-Pack could save Long Island Iced Z. Still, for a guy who just wrestled on RAW for the first time in months this past week, he went pretty far in this thing. Z! True Long Island Story lives on, but as for Ryder in this tournament, it's the end of the road.)

Smackdown! Bracket:

#9 Christian defeated #12 Cody Rhodes, 23-16

(This was easily the closest match-up of round four. Rhodes got off to a major lead, but the Peeps made their voice heard and rallied for Captain Charisma. I can honestly say I'm glad I'm not in you people's shoes, because I would not know who to pick between the two. The "Un-Dashing" one put up a good fight, but Christian moves on.)

#15 William Regal defeated #13 Kane, 27-12

(In the battle between two of WWE's most respected and current veterans, it was the man who never tasted a WWE world title who got the nod. Despite Regal's popularity among members of the IWC, I was expecting more of an even contest. Again I was wrong, as it is the NXT commentator who advances, not The Big Red Machine. I am pleasantly surprised to see Regal make the top four, no doubt about it.)

Ryder AND Rhodes eliminated? Say it ain't so! Nevertheless, the show must go on, with or without two of my favourite WWE superstars. Kids, adults, and everyone in between, I present to you the "Frantic Four":

RAW Bracket:

#5 Dolph Ziggler vs. #9 CM Punk

Smackdown! Bracket:

#9 Christian vs. #15 William Regal

You may not have many choices to make, but neither shall be easy. Any one of these four men could realistically be crowned WWE's BEST current superstar. Now, it's up to you to decide who stays and who goes!

Voting officially begins today, Friday June 10, and will end at midnight on Thursday, June 16, so you have plenty of time to get those votes in!
